Pollen made me sleep in my car

I’ve never had issues with pollen season before this year, but I’m starting to think what I thought was a cold was actually allergies. The allergy medication I took this morning lists all the same symptoms. Last night I woke up unable to sleep because of difficulty breathing, so I went to a reclining chair in the living room so as to elevate and relieve congestion. I couldn’t get comfortable there, so I went out and slept in my car.

Fitbit automatically tracked my sleep. The pink lines show where I woke up and went somewhere else. The light blue lines are restlessness. They show up just before I got up unable to sleep in bed, and for a while in the car when I was trying to find a comfortable position. It looks like once I found one the rest of the night was peaceful.

Fitbit sleep summary: 6 hours 47 minutes asleep, awake 11 minutes (2 times), restless 22 minutes (9 times). The timeline shows sleep from about 11:40 PM to 6:40 AM, with restless and awake marks clustered between 2:15 and 3:45 AM.
